Beautiful Quality, BUT. ..
Firstly, very good quality. My boyfriend, the recipient of the 2 items from
Sofia Findings is very pleased. Also, if you’re looking for uncommon gift ideas, you can’t go wrong here! In fact I already have a few ideas for more gift giving.
BUT. .. , if you’re wanting to trade w/ a co. , w/ customer service via telephone, this isn’t it. While they do provide a telephone number, NO ONE ever answered. I had 2 very important questions regarding my order, and no one ever picked up the telephone!!!
Finally, and this is a “biggie” : the WRONG style of lettering (script), was either used when they personalized it, or they have a horrible misrepresentation of what the styles will look like. Because I had his flask & bottle openers/coasters personalized, it’s a big part of the items and it isn’t what I ordered at all.
While my boyfriend is really happy w/ the quality, the style of lettering is disappointing.
