I have not received the item i ordered
After receiving the “Your Item Has Shipped” email. I tracked my order for 10 days and nothing changed. I contacted FedEx and it seems that someone printed the FedEx shipping label and forgot to actually ship it. I emailed you asking the status and although I didn’t hear back from you, I did receive a notification from Fed Ex a couple hours later stating the item would arrive Aug 14. I can’t comment on the item until I receive it later this week.
